ANY ISSUES WITH BALANCING those MTR's?
drove for 35min on the highway up to 130km per hour and they ran smooth....a couple of them took lots of weight though...13oz on one wheel may just run air soft beads if I have future issues.

You will alway run the risk of bending a flange on a semi float axle and the bigger/wider the tire is the more risk you will have.

well i would replace both axles, put a Dynatrac pro rock 44 with RCV Axles and Synergy ball joints with an ARB locker up front...

in the back Dynatrac pro rock trail D60 with Dynatrac Axles (RCV doesn't make rear axles for the 60) add an ARB locker, both geared for 5:13

replace both drive shafts with a nice pair of custom drive shafts

i don't know if you can reuse your Rubicon factory locker controls...

i'll be posting a time lapse video of the 3 1/2 day procedure

plan on dropping around $13-$15k

Looks awesome! Literally the exact same wheel and tire combo that I purchased last week! Stoked to see how they look on my rig!

If replacing the front axle I would look at least at the 44/60 hybrid not the pro rock 44 and get it in a 68.5" width that is 3" wider then the factory which would be a perfect match for a wheel with 4.5" of backspace.

There is always a risk once your running big tires. I bent my factory flange first time wheeling with 37 ' s. It's still a good trail spare and I have had no issues with the chromo shafts I bought. The flanges are definitely stronger.

I went with Chro Molly for my drive shafts too

Got lucky there is a guy who makes drive shafts for all sorts of truck, especially off road racing rigs

I should have those done by the end of the week

All this work overhauling my Jeep and I haven't been able to drive it for like 2 weeks

I made a tentative appointment for Friday afternoon for a front end alignment

There is a trail ride this Sunday for our local 4x 4 club, and I'd love to get some rides in before winter hits

Default Honestly...

... I wish I would have never went 37"s because all but the most insane shit is boring now. Heres me doing an obstical that no ones else did that day- in reversse:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BcND4ODXXzY I actually let my buddy drive the JK on 37"s so I could enjoy doing stuff in my WJ on 31.5's... Keep it small and fun man. Seriously. If it wernt for all the lift and 5.13s and hydraulic steering and 1 tone TREs I would go back to Rubi 32s!
