If I ran a 37x 12.5 I dont think it would rub at all.....I used to run 35x 12.5 before the 37's, and they had lots of room. I dont think you need a spacer. The TF 4inch LCA kicks butt....I love it

as for price on tires, you would have to search that out...Up here in Canada, tires are much more pricey than in the US. Other's should chime in on that.

I wouldn't buy a rim that I needed to run with spacers. I ran 1.5" Spidertrax spacers with my stock rims but went with MB Gunner 5's in black when I went to 37/12.5 tires. I think they're 4.25" backspacing, no rubbing.
