Default 37's without re-gearing

I need some input.
what components are at risk for failure if I install 37 inch tires without re-gearing.
I know the power will be sluggish.
will the tranny suffer?
Transfer case?
In 4lo the transfer case gives me an additional 4:1 gear ratio, will that be enough power boost to turn the bigger tires?
are the front axles at risk (with or without gears)?
I've noticed alot of guys here have put on 35's without re-gearing.
could I get by with the hypertech re-programmer?
I'm looking for input the potential problems I may run into with big tires on stock (Rubicon) gears and drive train.
Thanks in advance for the feedback.

It depends on what rear end and whether you have an auto or a 6 speed. With 4.10s and a 6 speed it wouldn't be fun, but you could probably live with it for a few months while you saved up for gears. With an auto and 3.21s it probably isn't even doable realistically.

Unlimited Rubicon, Automatic, 37's..... an no problems running stock gears

However I think it all depends on where you are located. I'm in Maryland, mainly flat. If I lived somewhere where the terrain was more mountainish then I would assume I would need to regear.

I definately wheel it...
I could take it down a notch and try to avoid the skinny pedal.
I didnt realize my auto unlinited rubi had 3.21 gears.
I may try to live with the sluggish performance until I re-gear.
I have the JKS trackbar bracket braces.
I intend to truss the axle and C.
I knew this was comming.
tires = tires AND gears.

the sluggish power (dog) would be a constant reminder to continue saving cash for gears.
I can definately see the need for the C gussets.
There will be alot of additional centripetal and centifugal forces.
can I recover any of the power short term with a reprogrammer?

To correct speedo and in turn it'll put your shift points in a better position, get the AEV procal. Do you have an auto? If you have a manual, then it'll just correct the speedo. There is so much debate on whether any of the performance chips or programmers actually do anything, that to me, it's not worth the investment. If you have a manuel, yeah, I could see getting away with 4.10's for quite awhile. Auto, 4.10's, 37's That would just have to plain suck. I drove around for a year with 4.10's on 35's, no overdrive. Flat land around here and it sucked. 5.13's now and it drives as it should. Save for gears. JMHO

37, auto, 4.10 gears, not a big deal here.

I suffered my 4.10s, auto and 35s for almost 2 years. I can't imagine 37s.

I remember little four banger Tercels riding my butt on mountain roads last summer. It was downright pathetic. I thought 5.13s were gonna be extreme but they are entirely unwhelming. I'd say 5.38s if the pinion weren't so darn small.
