That's the rub. How does he do that? Always best to consider practicals & logistics before diving into a "dream" mod on any vehicle. A local guy had one of the first Hemi conversions, but spent the whole time he owned it chasing overheating. Sold it off and took a righteous beating cost wise. OTOH, my friend in Farmington, NM has one of 505's first 4.1s and has nothing but good things to report. BUT, if that changes 505 is just a mile or so from his house. Pays to consider all factors befor making the commitment.

Finally got the oil pan to seal. I had to put my old upper oil pan on. Know we saw an oil leak from the crankshaft seal. It's prolly leaked ever since I had got this piece!!!!

I'm sorry for you man. I hope it all works out for you in the end. You must be so frustrated.

After Modern Muscle in Chicago dyno tuned it last week it runs awesome!!! Drive about 200 miles back to Indy on 10/2 at 80mph and got 18mpg. I was shocked it got that good of mileage!!! It did 270hp to the wheels. 6psi of boost from a ripp sc. I don't think it did that bad.

270hp at the wheels is both the stroker and the ripp supercharger?

Yes it is. Just shy of 400hp at the crank.
