I'd feel a lot more comfortable with 4.56s than 4.10s. Room for larger tires in the future, and better off road performance. If 4.30s were available that would probably be the best call.

I have a 2012 JKU automatic with 35" Nittos and the 4:10s. How much did a set of 4:56s cost ya? What brand did get.

Superior is the only one making the 4.56 at this time. The gears were about 269 a set and the install with a new master bearing kit and synthetic oil was about 750.

I just got a 12 auto with 3.73 gears and was wondering how it is power wise with 35's

I did my lift and tires when the JK was only 2 weeks old so I don't remember how it felt in stock trim but I only have 3.21's now and its alot better than you would expect. The dealer originally told me it had 3.73's because it had a tow package and that ended up being a lie. If it hadn't been for the RPM's @ 70 MPH not calculating out correctly I wouldn't have checked the original build sheet and figured out that it didn't have 3.73's

But isn't the manual 2012 less rpm output than the auto 2012 so an auto might not be as bad

I drove around with a set of 35x12.5x17 MTR'S kevlars with 3.73 in a friends 2012 Sahara and I thought it was great power. The MTRs though are one of the lightest 35's out there though.
