Default 4.56 ratio on JK

Hi everybody, first of all, sorry for my english my first language is french but I like this forum GOOD JOB!

I just want to know if someone make a change for a 4.56 diferential and if it make a big difference between the 3.21 original gearing. I have 33 inch of tire.

and the table referenced in the 10th post. It may answer your questions. There would be a fair difference between 3.21 and 4.53.

You'll notice a very substancial difference going to 4.56 from your original gearing. If you don't plan on going any bigger than 33's that would be a good option for you.

You talk about my 3.21 with original tires or with my 33's

4.56's and 33's would be very good my friend --- you will notice a big difference just remember to get the same gear in both axles!!!!

No, you don't have to change anything in the Transfer case. Your speedometer will be off, but Northridge sells a programmer to fix that, as long as you don't have an X model.

When you said my speedometer will be off, you said completely off or desajusted? You think that changing gearing will change my real speed?

And yes I have an X edition, wath it means?

By the way, does someone have some problems with the consumption calculator when you are on the traffic? This morning, my computer said 6mpg !!!! wtf?

the gear change will not effect you speedometer but the increase of the tire size will your speedometer will be a little off a few km you feel the gear change peppier
