Default 4wd linkage cable adjustable

I replaced my transmission and since putting it back in my jeep will not shift into 4lo and slides out of 4 hi into 2wd with ease. Is the cable adjustable?

Same transmission? Double check the shift cable and linkage for the transfer case. Replacing the trans shouldn't make a difference If it was the same one. I and many others swap t-cases without issue.

I meant same model trans? Sounds like it. Then you need to check the t case linkage and see if it's routed right.

Ok. I'll take a look. I thought once it was clipped into the bracket it wouldn't matter how the rest hangs.
