Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I tried that one and it didnt fit the engine. It fit up good on the transmission, but not the engine. I probably should have listed it earlier, but I also tried part # 53021491AA which fit the 2012 5.7 VVT engine, but did not fit the transmission. I also tried 53021282AA which didnt fit either of them. I am beginning to worry the part might not exist.
I contacted Cleveland Power and Performance. They couldn't recall the part number but did mention that they had to modify the cover (it looks like they used a cover designed for an auto trans.). I also e-mailed Mike at Montana Off Road; he only said that they used the stock part and I didn't want to pester the crap out of them, especially since they're not making any money for the trouble... Just for giggles, I also sent a question in through Jeep's customer service, asking if they could tell me what they used for the new "Quicksand" Jeep at the Easter Jeep Safari because it reportedly uses the G238 behind a 392 Hemi (are they calling it the "Jeep Easter Egg Safari" now? What's that all about??). They just said that maybe the local dealers could help...
So I went ahead and ordered a dust cover (#53021283AA) because it either looks promising, or the online parts stores' databases are messed up, and you didn't say that you'd tried that one yet
.I did some more digging on the G56/5.7 Hemi. The dust shield (#52107753AC) cross-references to the G238, so the lower bolt holes should line up between the two transmissions. But the structural dust cover for the G56 is apparently #53021491AA, which you already said didn't mate to the transmission. Do you recall why that one didn't fit?

I found where someone did a 5.7 Hemi swap w. NV3500 into an old Coronet. Anyway, he used the dust shield (it matches the G238 ) and structural dust cover from a 2003-2005 Dodge Ram 2500, 5.7 Hemi, 5spd manual (NV4500). I ordered the cover from my dealer today, #53021584AA and I'll let you know how it goes. Here's the drawing the dealer brought up on his screen:

Mopar part # 53021584AA
This is the structural dust cover needed for the Gen. III Hemi (with the Ram truck oil pan!) and the Getrag 238, # 53021584AA. All holes line up and the Ram Hemi oil pan fits perfectly.
