I dont list all my stuff on here but let's see
Yeah it's a 2.5 coil lift with control arms but no drive shafts. A little recovering gear but not fully loaded. No handyman or chains. For armor I have front Shrockworks electo disco skidplate, evap skid, front rear diff covers, heavy-duty oil pan, Shrockworks rockrails and front bumper. A rear expedition one bumper with factory rubicon rims and 35 MTR's
And on the Scales it was 5000lbs with full tank of gas, minus 250lbs of me

Are you planning to stick with 35s possibly go 37s further down the road? If that's all your intentions are I wouldn't recommend anything over 4 inch heck even with trimmed fenders you nay be able to fit bigger under there with 4 inches. The major thing is the springs will not sag with the weight and that is what your trying to compensate for by going to a larger lift.

I'd just get a set of the OME HD coils or OME +40 coils and maybe a set of Teraflex or King speedbumps if the heavier duty coils don't solve your problem.

Getting a set of SpeedBumps installed is a good way to prevent harsh bottoming out. Or if you don't mind a little firmer ride, a set of Fox shocks.

I thought the Fox shocks were valved specifically for the prerunner setup

They can be used with any JK suspension, they are just valved firmer than a normal shock/ELKA. ELKA's compress well vs. Fox's extend well. So if you want to counter your JK bottoming out, you will want a shock that extends well. You can even use the lower priced 2.5" rear SpeedBumps to help out, $82.99.

But would the 2.5 speedbumps be adequate to keep from rubbing if he decided to switch to 37s?

These are placed in the rear upper bumpstop location, they are 5" long. You can use these along with the standard rear lower bumpstop block from TeraFlex. Or just install the #1958602 $495.99 normal rear SpeedBumps which are 6-3/16" tall.
