Default About had it with Superchips installation...

So I got my Superchips today and couldn't wait to install it. I cannot for the life of me successfully create either Username/Email address to work with each either. If its not one its the other. I have created over 15 (fifteen) different email addresses/usernames and NONE will work. I keep getting the message of "this username is being used" or "this email address is already being used"

Is there a step I forgot to read? Please if anyone has some advice, let me hear it!

I think they differentiate between username and email address. I recall it took me a stint to get it setup right as well.
My password has 1 CAP letter, some lowercase and 2 numbers.

Don't give up. I had the same problems. I couldn't get mine to setup on my computer for the life of me, then just kept trying to log in. Sometimes i have to tell it i forgot a password and reenter a password they give you from the email sent then it works. Then i had problems getting the updates to come up. The online updates and program isn't the best.

Thanks for the advice but all of my passwords as well as usernames AND emails have had combinations of numbers, CAPS, and lowercase figures and none have worked...every single one i've used is just a random set

The username deal was The worst part of the set up by far. I was also experiencing USB timeouts while it was updating. I had to switch to a new hub instead of the front of my PC, once that was done it went more more smoothly.

I hope you don't have a 2011...because you're going to find out real quick they don't even make a tune for it yet!

No 2011 here bud Hopefully one day though! That interior is growing on me more and more...back to the point of the post, after a total of about 40 different combinations I have finally broken through and everything is up and running! I will tell you though, it is one hell of a pain in the ass. Although, I haven't read much about it being that much of a hassle

Anyways hopefully soon they'll come out with a tune for your 2011!!
