Default about regear set up...

i'm going to set up aev saverge wheel with bf km2 35'. i think km2 is lightest tire in my memory.

and my jk is 2012 sahara U. so do i have to regear? for 35' tire and aev wheel? i think stock sahara gear is 3.1 or 3.73.

i'm not rock crawler. I'd like to go off roading. but usually as DD.

O.. AND ONE MORE QUESTION.

2.5 coil lift with shocks. then do i still need to use spacer for that combination wheel and tire?

weight has no real bearing in the matter and if you have the 3.73 gears on your 2012, i think you will find that you will not need to regear with your 35's. we ran that with the old 3.8L engine and though it was fine and are currently running 37's on our new 2012 with 4.10 - no problem.

so long as you get shocks that are short enough to prevent your front drive shaft from making contact with the exhaust cross over, you should be fine without exahust spacers. being that you are running new wheels with less back spacing, you will not need any wheel spacers.
