Default Acceleration Steering

I've been chasing an issue for a while with my JK, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have what appears to be torque steer or acceleration steering. When I accelerate the steering wheel shifts to the left, and when I clutch in to shift, the wheel goes the other direction to the right. If I have my hand at 12 o'clock, it will shift to about 10 on acceleration, and 2 on deceleration.

Here's the specs on my JKUR:
3.5in Metalcloak lift with adjustable track bars and rear track bar relocation axle side
Core 4x4 Camp series front LCAs and rear UCAs
Teraflex HD Tierod/Draglink
Caster set to 5-5.5 degrees
Toe in 1/16"
Rear pinion is about 1 degree
35in Tires running 26-28PSI

The upper control arms in the rear were installed recently hoping to solve this issue, as my factory bushings had some deflection. The issue persists after replacing them. I have contacted each manufacturers, done several alignments, and searched forums and haven't been able to solve this issue. I have pulled each control arm to inspect them, loosened bolts and re torqued with tires on the ground with weight of the vehicle on them.

Do you have tight steering when cruising along the road? This would mean at about 45mph you rapidly shift steering right and left about same between 10/2 o'clock. You could check then to see how tight steering is and report back. Could be loose pitman or steering box but last time I had a car doing the same it was spring bushings gone on the rear.

The steering is OK at higher speeds, not great. I get the acceleration steering when at higher speeds, if that is what you are asking. I need to check the torque on steering box and pitman arm. Also think my steering box is going out.
Also will be upgrading the remaining control arms before long, so hopefully that will eliminate the issue.

Thanks for the reply.
