Those of you that did go through the cowl did you sent a wire hanger through from the outside, then wrap the wire around the end of the hanger, then pull through?

Additionally, I didn't run my loom all the way up through the hole filled with foam, just up to the hole. Do you all see any issue with this?

I tried, but it wasn't very useful in my situation as the loom itself was was really big. I suspect if the wire isn't that big you could clear enough foam and this would be successful. I poked out as much foam as possible but my loom was about the size of the opening I was trying to shove it through. Then, once it was through, it immediately hit an obstruction right outside the windshield and had to make an immediate turn towards the outside of the vehicle. Working with a really big loom of wires and having to make that turn with about 1.5"-2" of loom sticking through was really tricky.

I'd say ease through this hole is directly correlated to thickness of loom. Single wire...sure, easy. Thick wire, bit harder. Loom for an ARB CKMTA12 like mine....LOL, have fun!

I'm confused by this statement. Not sure what you're asking.

I didn't run The black loom, that the wires are ran through in the engine bay, all the way through the hole. I ran the individual wires through the hole then when it passed through under the cowl I ran them through the loom. Thus, my loom does not go through the hole. I only had single wires for relays and such. Hope that makes sense, sorry for the poor wording before.

Yes, that makes more sense!
