Went to jeep parts counter and they looked up the part number from this thread. The diagram showed it as the flat piece not a net. So he sent me to get a vin number from one who had it and he could order it that way.

Then I got home and googled it and found it on ebay for $30 plus $6 shipping, so I ordered it. Thanks for all the help!
