Default ADJ Control Arm Help

So I treated myself to a "Wife is out of the country on work" mod i so frequently get to treat my self to, and got a set of Front Lower Adj JKS Control Arms, and Rear Upper Adj Control Arms, but really, the directions dont seem to help me much about how to properly install them and how to set them right for my current setup (2.5" TF Coil lift, 3/4" Spacer up front). I know my castor right now is 2 degree (which I believe is low), and I want to get my JK to drive nice and smooth

Is there a good write up somewhere that will help tell me how to install them properly (like to make them shorter, longer, a good length to start) or can anyone of you please tell me how to properly install them. I care most for a good starting distance for the JKS ones... Any help would be great.

Thanks

I recently added front arms and have the same lift setup as you. I followed this thread: (Have 2.5" TF coil lift - what do adj trackbar/control arms do?) since it's specific to 2.5" lifts and decided to set my lower arms initially at 22 3/4" on each side. I have yet to take it in to get an updated castor measurement but like you it was in the 2's prior to getting the new arms. From the research I did it seems that those with 4" lifts and greater were starting their front lower arms at 23". Not sure how much diference a 1/4" makes but I guess I'll find out when I take it in and get it on the alignment rack

i keep hearing around 23"s for the TF control arms. Is it safe to use that measurement as a place to start with my new JKS ones?

With my FT CAs I set the lowers about 1/4" longer than stock, and the uppers about 1/8" shorter and it is perfect with 7.1 degrees each side.

What size lift do you run?

Ok, that will work for the front lowers, but what about the rear uppers, where is a good place to start with those?

If I were you just start at stock and go from there or 1/8in shorter and shorten in increments, do you have a new rear driveshaft? If it's a stocker, you might not need any adj. Double carden will have to be adjusted so pinion is pointed towards TFcase

Yes, its still the stock drive shaft. I would figure since its an upper, it would be JUST a little smaller than stock (is that right?)

OK, so I got my Front JKS Adj Lower CA's installed. I set them at just under 23", and went and got an alignment. My Castor before the LCAs was "Left Front Castor=2.2" and "Right Front Castor = 2.6"..... Now after the LCAs, you can see my result... Left is 3.2 and Right is 3.9

Can someone that actually understands these sheets tell me what I should roughly do to get the best results now?
