yes - with those measurements, you will have about +6° of caster and that may be too much for you. reduce your caster so that it's closer to stock (+4°) and that should help.
his profile shows that he has an aftermarket front shaft and 5.13. with these gears, your front shaft will be spinning very fast and with this setup, it is very common for them to cause vibes if you have too much caster.
