so i just bought a teraflex adjustable front track bar from my local 4x4 shop. the install is easy but im not sure how to adjust it. would it be better to bounce the jeep up and down to center the axle or to turn the steering wheel and take measurements from the inside of the wheel to the outside of the frame. then how do u adjust the track bar itself. there is a lock nut on it but the frame end of the bar only rotates 360 degrees. is this all it is supposed to move? it only gets 1/4 of an inch longer?
