Which Adjustable Front Trackbar
I have a 3" TF lift and put the TF HD front trackbar on last April or May when they first came out. Have put 20,00km on since with no problems. Easy to adjust and if you get any spring sag or change bumpers or add a winch you don't need to remove it to make adjustments. I always wonder when TF says
4" lift what they mean as thier 3" will net you over 4" in the front.

I finally ended up with the JKS, and it works great. The adjustability while installed (TF) is nice, but should only be done once, right?
Both brands are good, but the JKS may be better for 3" lifts (in my case)
The OEM style bend in the JKS avoids any contact with the pitman arm and can be adjusted for plent more lift.

TF's HD front TB is a great design... I ran it with my 3" TF lift for 2 months, then noticed trackbar contact at the steering box- pitman nut. (not good) The 4" recommended lift with the HD TB is in relation to the bumpstops, not "lift".

Good point, but when the TF literature, etc, states it's for stock to 6" of lift and it's contacting the steering box pitman nut then that is indeed a problem. These JKs should be identical in this particular area, not sure if you're an isolated incident or if others have had this same issue, would be interesting to find out. Maybe TF can shed some light on the issue you had.
edit/add: the contact I had was light, and only with right front stuffed full up and the swaybar disco'd. I tried notching 1/4" out of the contact point on the HD trackbar, but it wasn't enough.

Several factors, absolutely not "just" price. When you shop for yours just check out all the various brands out there for JKs, their specifications, where their made, where their weak points are, standard stuff and go from there.
