Advance Adapters really came through on this, thanks alot guys. I am really looking forward to permanently solving this linkage problem, as well as showing the rest of the members how the install goes.

I have 105,000km on my 2007 unlimited, havn't had a problem yet. When I do I'll get their cable. I had AA Rubicrawler #10 installed at around 65,000km and have to say its the single best improvement I've done on my Jeep. I highly recomend their products.
Congrats! I saw this cable the other day and am interested in a possible upgrade since I've experienced such failure on the trail. My only concern is the $180 when factory bushings are less then a buck. Someone sell me on this since I'm not one of you lucky three who are the new sales team for advance adaptors.
I got the cable a couple months ago, and it has been just sitting in the box on a shelf in my garage. From what I can tell....it is stout....Hopefully Ill get it put in... Where is the video you guys are talking about?
I've used advance adapters products before when I installed a 350 with turbo 350 trans into my 90 wrangler. For simplicity sake, I kept the jeep's t-case and driveshafts and used advance's motor mount and adapter kit. All worked very well. There was some confusion on a tranny mount, but it's been so many years since that thing was built, I don't remember what was going on there. That jeep is still running with the adapters and it's been 11 years since the install!!
Congrats to the instant winners! And bravo to Advance for chooosing to do some impromptu advertising!! Word of mouth(or word of forum) can really sell products!!
