Everything in this kit makes the factory setup look like it belongs on a 4x4 hot wheels.

Cable is beefy and heavy.
New shifter mount, pivot, and attaching parts are steel and billet aluminum.
Instructions are very thorough with tons of pictures.
Calls for only needing to remove front output yoke on rubi t-case only not x or sport model 241s.

Should have a write up going by Monday!

That's exactly what i thought, doesn't make it an issue for the few out there without impact setup or torque wrenches. I was only worried i would actually have to turn on the compressor for that one step.

Got mine from the big brown truck yesterday. can't wait to start, hopefully i can get it done over the weekend.

I was just looking at this last night. I just helped a buddy adjust his shifter tnite. Not a fan of the stock shifter.
Talk about a horrible design... My buddy is going to rip that thing right off the body one day... Hopefully not on the trail

Not too hijack the thread but is the shifter design of the 2011 better out just different?

Also, what is the kit for a TJ? I'm going to buy that for my buddy... The stock is killing me
