No

Make sure to scoop up a replacement M12 bolt when you cut the upper CA frame-side bolt off(pass. side) Good OLE AEV don't provide it but they are quick to supply the M14 caster bolt replacements

The bolt, once loosened from the nut will not slide all the way out without hitting the exhaust.
According to AEV instructions, the exhaust can be "pryed" away from the CA bolt....horse shit!

I called AEV about this issue and they said I shouldn't have any problems taking out the passenger side CA bolt with the 2012 JK model. Is this not true?

ah, I missed that you have a '12. I think you'll be good? I think you have to remove the shroud that covers the CA from the exhaust!?

I was able to pry the exhaust out of the way for my install but was a pain in the ...

When it was all over I wished I had just cut the bolt off like most other people. Very pleased with my brackets

Is it true that some people have had trouble with the control arms sliding into the bracket holes? I read somewhere that you had to kick the tire into place or something.

Also... what should I torque everything to and what size sockets will I need?

Sorry for all the questions... this is my first real install by myself and I want to be prepared for everything haha

I used some chain & a come along to pull the axle while inserting the bolt(s)

It's not a difficult add-on at all

What bolt is the one to cut? Lower or upper? I have a set of grade 8 bolts.
