Default AEV fron bumper install time?

How long should it take a garage to replace my plastic front bumper with fog lights with and AEV bumper without a winch? I was quoted for 5 hours, that seems like a lot? What do you guys think.

I could do it myself faster than that. If yo uare paying someone I would say no more than 2 hours labor! DIY, it isn't that hard

should be 8 bolts like any other bumper...

It better be less than 2 hours, if a shop is installing it.

I am looking to do an entire AEV build and I am quoted for 8 hours total front and rear bumpers. Myself, I am not sure if that is to much time either, though they are installing a warn 9500ti and fogs. 89 hourly rate also...$712 just for the bumpers... Live anywhere near Fairfield county?
