Default AEV premium bumper and winch

Okay guys, a women here with a question. I'm ordering a AEV premium bumper tomorrow and a winch. What I need to know is what brand and model winches fit this particular bumper? I'm leaning towards a synthetic line/rope. Thanks

I went with the 12,000 pound Badlands winch. I had to cut a notch in the bottom of the grill for the cables of the power box but you can't really see it because the box hides the notch.

Default Engo

I installed the Engo 10000s and it fits great. I was even able to keep my winch delete plate on. You can't tell from this photo but you can reach in from the top of the bumper to release the clutch. If you do a ton of winching this isn't ideal for those with big hands but works for my limited "in case of emergency" use.

I went with the Warn Zeon 10-S. I absolutely love the way it sits in the AEV bumper, and it has performed flawlessly. No modifications were needed for it to work, other than buying the winch plate.

Default One more thing...

Forgot to mention this setup with keeping the winch delete plate requires mounting the solenoid under the hood...examples here and here. I have mine on top of my battery and I had to purchase 2 additional extended battery cables to make this work. Search the forum for examples if you need help. If I could do it over I would build a mount over on the driver side where there's more open space, not just sitting on top of my battery, but I haven't had any issues yet. Usability wise where mine is located is of no concern since I have the wireless remote.
