Default AEV ProCal - settings not staying?

Have any of you using the AEV ProCal device had problems with the settings going back to factory after a while? I have set my tire size using the device and for a while it shifts correctly and runs great, but after a few weeks the shifting gets bad again and I have to plug the AEV device back in to set the tire size again. This is happening with my tire pressure as well. I recently set everything back to factory and started over, even going as far as making sure the correct gear ratio was programmed in. Hopefully this will do the trick but i wanted to see if this was an isolated incident. Thanks in advance for feedback.

Are you cycling the key after every change?

When i first reprogrammed my tire size and tpms on my JK, i lost all funtions temporarily. No speedo, no tach, and a glaring check engine light. I reset it to stock, tried again and ive never had any problems since than. Sorta strange

Hey David, yeah I sure did. For every change i shut it off completely and then back on to make the next change. I tried the idea to reset back to factory and then start again so we will see if that works. Thanks again.
