aev procale module question? need help

Default aev procale module question? need help

If anyone has this item....I have a concern on how to fix the low tire pressure threshold. It all seems straight forward i just think im doing something wrong. i set all four of my tires to 34 psi for my comfort. How do i set this up? can someone give help?

It suggests setting the monitor to 4 PSI below where your tires are set. So set it to 30 psi, insert the module, and the horn should honk. After that, go drive it a mile or two, and the low tire light should shut off.

As described above, you select the threshold air pressure on the Procal which triggers the tire pressure warning, not the air pressure you set your tires to.

The recommended pressure difference is 4 psi but if you air down frequently, that is a bit on the sensitive side, so I usually set mine to 6-8 psi.

Yes you can. I did that when I swapped my wheels from my 07' X to my 09' Rubicon. Works like a charm.

Ya you can. Its sweet no more dinging shit and bright orange light in your face. Very straightforward to use i just wasn't following procedure.
