AEV, Teraflex, or Rock Krawler
I was set on the AEV 3.5 SC kit but reading around I have learned some more but also confused myself.
I'm putting 35's on. This is my daily driver and I do a lot of highway driving. It's a 2013 with 3.73's
Can I get some input if you wouldn't mind and opinions. (If your gonna call me a noob and tell me to look around. I have.)
AEV 3.5 SC
Rock Krawler 3.5 Flex
Tera Flex 3" kit.
Help a new guy out to do this right. The first time!! Thanks

Why do you want to do 3.5? You can fit 35's with 2.5 inch. Also, generally if you go over 3" you will need new drive shafts and the kits require more components which just add to the cost.
If it were me I would do the Rock Krawler 2.5 flex or max travel system, and maybe some flat fenders just for some extra room.
It also depends on what kind of wheeling you do, how often, things like that. There's nothing wrong with going over 3 inch, JK's look awesome when lifted like that with the big tires, it just can cost a lot to do it right.
Hopefully somebody else will chime in with more info!

I've got AEV and RK, prefer the RK for pushing hard off road. Tflex doesn't suck either, so you're not gonna go wrong. Only caution with AEV is you're gonna upgrade front LCA to maximize your flex

go rock krawler or teralfex. Dont get aev since you dont get any new control arms just brackets. I would get a 2.5 max travel from rock krawler if your just doing 35s then trim your fenders if your going to be doing alot of flexing

personally i don't see why anyone buys aev stuff. i'm sure it rides well and i'm not knocking their quality at all, but it seems insanely overpriced for what youre getting. 1700 and you don't get any control arms or even brake lines? you could piece together that aev lift for a hell of a lot cheaper. go RK or teraflex.
again, i'm sure the aev stuff is nice but give me a break, way too much coin.

I was in a similar boat like you a few weeks back and after reading a ton of forum threads and speaking with a lot of ppl I decided on the RK 2.5 x factor system. There were several reasons why I chose RK over teraflex and rubicon express ( I know its not AEV). First RK customer service seems to be one of the better ones out there, second they seem to really stand behind their product and their warranty seems to be one of the better ones as well and lastly their lift kits seem to be easily upgradable, so if tomorrow I decide to upgrade my system it should be fairly easy. Another factor was that I really couldnt find anyone to say something bad about their kits. One thing that I had hard time with was finding a place to get it installed, it seems where I live most shops push for their lift kits and really spike the prices if you try to bring your own, so that's something to consider as well. If you do decide to go with RK make sure to check out river city off road, Marcus there has some great package deals - kits+shocks
