I'm of the thought that the best solution is always cubic inches; but in these late model computer controlled vehicles that translates into cubic money as we see in Hemi conversions at 18k, 25k and more. Given that the traditional little mods don't add much a blower is probably the way to go. But it seems the manufacturers are more interested in HP figures to publish than in torque in the range that we need it. I just don't see why they cant have the blower make it's maximum boost in the proper RPM range. If they did there would rarely be a reason to run these engines over 4000 except getting on the freeway.
Maybe Mopar/Chrysler should offer a drop in engine kit from the factory. Blowers seems to be around 4-5k; a drop in at 7-8k would be acceptable. Much like they are offering complete Rubi axles at great prices.
