I have the AEM dry filter and I found it undesirable. I live in CA and with all the dust, dirt, I found the open air filter NO good for me. I have gone thru desert, sand, water and mud and it just love to sit onto the filer. I just went back to my stock box. Give you applications some good thought. I listened to my local 4x4 shop and it was the wrong solution. Talk to other in you local area and take a look at what your going to go with your Jeep. if you think your going to get a lot of power, Think 4-times (twice isn;t enough). Ya, it sounds good, but no difference in power or mileage.
Good Luck.....

I am using both the Banks Ram Air Intake and Banks Monster Exhaust CAI. While there alot companies to choose from my decision was based upon the quality and reputation of their products and company. The combination of these two products gives a great sound with noticable performance improvements.

That is what I meant to say when I suggested the AEV ram-air snorkel and a k&n drop in filter in my other post

If you don't want to mess with oil, then I'd suggest AEM. Based on their testing results, it seems like their the best. Assuming they didn't just fabricate the results for sales.
