Have 285/70/r17 BFG A/T with 1.5 spider trax spacers. 2 door 6speed. What is the best on road pressure and the best off road? Don't really have a set up for rock crawling ( yet) but I do go on some pretty nasty trails with steep rocky inclines and mud pits. Any advice would be great.

Do a chalk test to set your psi for around town. The size of your tires and the weight of your rig will play into that number There is plenty of info about that on here, just search for it.

I agree. 30 psi would be a good baseline number to start at, then drive it and do a chalk test and go from there
