Default Air shocks vs coilover vs ori

I would like to get everyone's opinion on this matter - I am doing a long arm set up on my jk - I am going 14in travel rear 14in travel front.

My needs - lots of rock crawling and speed driving - also good at highway speed, not that I do much highway driving

So here is my question.

Either a fox or king 2.0 - 2.5 air shock

A king either 2.0 - 2.5 - 3.0 coil over

Ori struts with or with out res

Any body have experience with any of these?

Rock crawling with speed would best be served with an internal bypass coil over. In theory ORI should work as well but have not seen any feed back on using them in high speed applications. building a rig to do both is a challenge as the coil rates and valving are different. Crawler typically use a softer coil and lower compression rates whereas with high speed running you need higher rebound valve rate coils and bump stops to absorb the bumps and keep you on the ground

For 14" travel / speed, I'd give Metal Cloak a look. Those behave pretty nicely at speed.

I bet they perform like shit with no coils holding the jeep up.
