Not practical if you cant give up the rear seat area but here is my inside 2 1/2 gal tank and rear battery under the fridge. No worries about rock damage or corrosion. This air tank takes the place of the air tank on my powerplant.

Nope, the tank has plenty of clearance. The compressor is close but it misses the rear trackbar by a couple of inches.
