Ide set your tires to 28 psi and take your toe out a bit. Have it set to .08 to .10 on each side for a total of .16 to .20 of total toe. Once they have your toe set to those numbers have them center your steering wheel. With those machines they should get your toe and steering wheel spot on. Ive done my own alignments for the last 3 years but when I put my 37s on I had it aligned on a rack and it made a world a difference. Start from there and if its still darty ide look into correcting your steering geometry with a draglink flip. your caster seems fine maybe a tad high which certaintly wouldnt cause flightyness if anything the opposite

Don't set tires at 0. You want your tires toed in just slightly, it will drive like crap if you have the tires parallel and your tires will wear uneven. Should be somewhere between 1/16" and 1/8". Too much toe and your back to tires wearing uneven again.

I'm aware of what the settings should be but at this point I need to try something. The read out shows 1/4 toe in which is different than what I physically get when I check it. I can always go back to my origainal point if it doesn't help.

I've driven off road race trucks that track better than this jeep. Haha

Pulled the front driveshaft. Put in an estimated 6-7* of caster and it drives way better. Anything less and it's all over the road. Next step is too order a Prorock unlimited.
