Yup, you got ripped. You might want to go back and give them the alignment specs that you want it set too. Either that or get your money back.

It is very easy to do your own alignment. This forum is full of stories just like yours.

I know what you mean and have read that link several times. It is nice to take it in so you know exatly where you stand on specs. I have over 10k invested in my jeep in under a year so it is worth it to me to have it aligned and try to get the best ride that I can.
