Alignment Sheet
Looking for the groups thoughts on my alignment. (Alignment sheet attached if I did it correct)
Just installed a Rock Krawler 2.5 Max Travel.
I think I need to back off the caster to the 4.2 range.
Toe measurement is not making sense to me. almost like the wheel was turned a bit??
Your thoughts
thanks

Also, to get my caster to 4.2 (thinking) I need to shorten my RK lower control arms. Any thoughts on how many revolutions of the joint or how many inches shorter?
cheers & many thanks
Thanks for your thoughts. I am not familiar with the % readout of the toe. It looks like I need to be between .17 and .23 (sitting at .14 now). So do I need to increase toe? (front of tires closer to each other) I tried the tape measure trick (and if I did it correct) I am 1/8 inch closer at the front (of the front tires) than at the back (of the front tires). So I'm thinking I need to go to about 1/4"? Not sure maybe I got it completely mixed up. Also, to get my caster to 4.2 (thinking) I need to shorten my RK lower control arms. You should pull both lowers and set next to each other to compare length. The caster of one side is way off from the other, which indicates arms are different lengths.
To get caster correct, measure yourself with an angle finder. Park on a level surface and measure. Doesn't matter if it's off from what the alignment shop had. You want to take around 1.5 degrees out.

Start with saying lowers to 231/8 or so. (Keep all bolts snug not tight)
Then support the pinion at +2*.
You can measure off the flange or one of the two flat circles.
With pinion supported, install one end into the frame mount and adjust to line up with the mount hole. The bolt should slide through. Do the same with the other side. The bolt should slide through. The uppers may or may not be the sAme lengths FYI.
Once you have pinion/caster set. You can remove each arm or however is best to tighten the jam nuts. (X4)
Lastly with weight on all 4 tires, torque all the bolts. Lowers 125/upper 75
