If you are serious about running 37s, ditch any preconception that the word "budget" can be involved.

For tires, consider Falken Wild Peaks. You can buy them at Sears. I run 37x13.5 on 18x10 XDs. Get ready to empty your pockets though...

What he said. Once you go to 37's things get expensive fast.

If you don't mind cutting your fenders, front bumper, losing your rear bumper or cutting it, and cutting your pinch seams... you can run 37's on your stock suspension although I wouldn't recommend doing so. You will rub at times. People will always ask you, "What was that?" So with that being said, I'd recommend doing at least a 2.5'' budget boost.

I agree with the others though. Running 37's can start to increase the coin spent to run them properly very quickly. I've got over $3400 in tires and wheels alone. Feel like I got ripped off somewhere.

Good luck with that build though!

Quote of the year in my book

Even if the axles/ball joints/etc hold up, running that much tire without at least a regear (especially with a v6) would drive me crazy.

From everything I have read and set ups I have saw don't go with 37 without at least a 3 1/2 in lift with flat fenders. You shouldn't have rubbing with that setup. If you do the 1 inch body as well you will be golden if you decide to wheel it.

For a pavement princess a 2" budget boost and some flat fenders will get you into a set up to run 37's relitivly cheap. You will want wheels with a 3.25" back spacing or less to maintain full steering. If you drive mainly city you will be fine on the factory gears with the 6 speed but you will hate taking it on the highway.
