Am I missing anything?
Great. I think I will try it like you did. I guess that lifted Jeep I drove that I almost bought scared me. It was flighty as hell! Unknown lift brand on it.
Now I am ready to pull the trigger on my 2" BDS BB!!! (as soon as I get the tires in and some money saved up. :p)

Bringing this back.
I have my tires and rims now. I am going to do the BDS 2" Spacer lift soon. So I just need to install the lift without the cam bolts and I would be all set?
EDIT:
Can anyone that runs a 2" to 2.5" lift comment on the driveability without the use of LCAs or Cambolts? I worry that my Jeep will wander like heck on the highway.

You DEFINENTlY dont need anything but longer shocks with a BB.. I have a 2" bb and it drives like stock... Now with that being said... do yourself a favor and go to what you will eventually want.. if your thinking 3" go with it from the start.. The bb will end up being a waste of money..
I do plan on getting the 2" BB with a 1" BL later. I am going to be running 33's for a longggg time. I will be getting a BL, 35s, and a regear all at once... after my student loans are paid off which would take a few years. By then, I would have enough to get anything I want.
I would go right for the 3" or bigger, just that I do not have enough money to invest in new tires, new driveshafts, or anything else that complements a 3" lift.
