Default Another Tire fit question

This has probably been addressed before. Many times Im sure.
On a stock Sahara with 18" rims, what would have to change to fit 275/70 or 275/65X18 tires?
Thanks.

Wheel spacers are about it, you should be able to get away with everything else stock, maybe extended bump stops!

Just get some 1.5" spacers or new rims with 4.5" of backspace (or less.) However, if you go with new rims then do yourself a favor and buy some 17s...you'll have more options now (and definitely in the future) for tires at a reduced cost.
