Those Falkens are ok... If you plan to run trails more frequently you'll notice the popular MTs obviously give better traction off road. I'm really happy with my Goodyear MTRs for the rocks, high speed off road, and on road getting to the trails in California. You mention driving the Rubicon, BFGs seem to do really well there, but your Falkens probably will do the Rubicon without too much difficulty if you have lockers and some lift. The Rubicon feels like it's groomed for 33s to drive down the center.

I'm running 34" nitto terra grapplers that have been killer so far. Very quiet and handled everything, even mud from all of the Missouri flooding going on right now! Solid tire that I'd recommend to anyone. Also is 10 ply so no puncture concerns.
