Default Antifreeze leak

So for the last week or so I have noticed a few small drops on the concrete under my jeep. Where it drops on the ground is closer to the back if the engine. I have looked at my oil to make sure there was no antifreeze in it and vice versa. Both are good I have no power loss and it is not smoking and it is not over heating. I can see where it looks like it is leaking some from under the thermostat housing then also a little on the lower right side of the water pump. The one I am not sure how it is getting there is on the intake manifold. It leaves a small puddle in it. I took a pick after I had cleaned it out of there. Does any one have words of advice for me?

Could be a water pump or intake gasket aka mystery leak. The intake is a hard one due to finding where it's coming from, our's took some time to become a problem, but don't wait too long to repair as damage can occur

You have a 2007, so my money would be on a water pump if you're still running the original.

X2. Just replaced mine recently. Can you smell antifreeze when it is running?

X3. Just replaced mine a few weeks ago. But, it was visibly leaking from the top--I guess that's pretty common. It's an easy change. If it turns out yours is bad and, like me, you have already done your 100K mile antifreeze swap, ignore all of the online instructions that say to drain the radiator before staring this task. Put a bucket under the Jeep on a plastic sheet or such, pull the pump very slowly and let about 1-2 quarts drain into the bucket. Swap the pump, then replace with fresh antifreeze at the radiator fill cap with the engine running. Make sure you use HOAT for your 2007 (OAT for a 2013 or later)--buy it at the dealership--no "universal" junk!

Yes I can smell antifreeze when it is running from time to time. I bought well ordered a new lifetime warranty water pump with gasket from autozone along with a new thermostat.

This. Be very careful removing the bolts when removing the old pump, as they have a tendency to break inside the housing. Unfortunately, my factory water pump only lasted 48k miles..

Mine was at nearly 126K miles. I gave all of the bolts a squirt of PB B'laster before turning wrenches and had no problems with frozen bolts.
