Your more Likely to have a rust issue with factory carpet than the bedrug I install them at work I have done one in a jeep but mostly trucks the Bedrug does not soak up water so your good

Default Bedtred arrived and installed

After 4 years I'm just about done with all my upgrades... That's when I noticed that my carpet was really old and worn... I have a dog who sheds a lot, caught a couple of times in the rain and the usual wear and tear. Despite, regular cleaning, the carpet had its day. After, searching online, I found the bedtred option. I ordered it through Quadratec (for the 2door option; even though the pic was for a 4-door). It arrived a few days ago and I finally got around to installing it:

Installation was very simple.. removing the old carpet took about 20-30 min (and I realized how dirty and mildewy they smelled). Instalation of the bedtred took about 90 min. I did not use the included velcro because I already had fatmat and sound isolating mat installed everywhere (about 1/8 thickness).

The bedtred fit like a glove, about 98% perfect. I looks and feels like real bed liner. And, I can already tell that its going to be easy to keep clean. I have bought a TON of things for my Jeep (some I liked, some not so much)... However, bedtred was the best purchase I ever made (aside from J.W. speaker headlights and fog lights). It is far easier to install, better looking, cheaper and requires no upkeep when compared to doing a real bed liner. If your carpet needs to be replaced or if you are riding the fence on buying... It is a worthwhile investment.

I'll attach pics soon.

Default Just Ordered

I went with the Bedrug carpet, should be here in a few days. Can't wait. I've been riding with bare steel for over a year since my carpet died due to too much rain and mildew. I just can't stand the heat any more.

Well, I liked what I read enough. Shopped around, and seemed like all prices were pretty same if not exact.
JCWhitney gave me a military discount and they had free shipping.
So just over $500. to my door for front and cargo!
