Default any tips for installing tuffy console?

Hey guys,

I'm getting ready to try to install the tuffy drop in console and was wondering if you had any suggestions for the install. I got it for xmas from my wife and am hoping to get it installed today since it is gonna be almost 70 degrees here today. Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't have their console, but I used their directions to remove mine when I took it out for painting to match my JK. Typically instructions are terrible these days! Anyone who's put anything together lately, be it for a jeep or otherwise knows this. The directions Tuffy provided made it VERY clear how to get my stock console out. Before reading this, I had no idea and really without the parking brake trick they detail I don't see it getting done without breaking something. So, big thumbs up to them on their instructions and the console looks like a top notch product too!

Wear a helmet when you pull the T/C knob. I had to put a wrench underneath it and smack that with a hammer to get it off.
