Default Anybody left Riddler covers Bare metal

I liked the look of the bare metal on my jeep but curious if anyone has tried this. Concerned about rust. Thinking about a clear coat or simply just paint it black. Click image for larger version

It's going to rust very quickly. If you like that look just paint it that color. At Home Depot they have rustoleum in hammered finish and different colors like that you can probably get pretty much that same look or maybe even one you'll like better than orange rust, lol

Eastwood, an auto restoration supply company, has "Spray Gray" a color like cast iron, used on manifolds, etc.

Paint it with Sherwin-Williams Macropoxy 5000. It seals off tight rust and preserves the look. Nice product. PM if you need help. I am an industrial sales rep for SW
