i really love the customer service of hypertech..

they seem to have there shit together.

my superchip is collecting dust and building frustrating!

who has the hypertech and notices a difference and has better daily driven performance?

i do like it but i cant wait for the updated version that is going to add some things...
you cant really say added power when it comes to the jk because its a brick in the wind with a mini van motor

I have it and it is easy to use but outside the tire size change to adjust the spedo and the shift points on the auto transmission I have not seem any improvement in performance.

hmm.. some people are saying the superchips makes it so much better blahh blaah

i just do not want any throttle lag..
and adjust my tire size and gears..

and have added drivabilty and performance.... and hopefully better gas milage

17.1 mpg w/ 37's and 5:13's with the a/c on in 96 degrees weather. Yeah I'm loving mine!

I have it and no complaints so far. I did feel a difference in "performance" and "driveability." Also higher mpgs wit the 87 tune.

Same here, but when I switch over to the SuperChips I could really see the added performance it gave the JK. Much happier now

Yeah, just do as prescribed and there shouldn't be an issue. They really need an addendum to the manual so that people don't get stuck.
