Default Anyone paint their AEV pintlers?

I just ordered their beadlock rims. I don't mean to offend anyone, but they are kinda ugly, but they do exactly what I want and they are supposed to be a quality product.

I want to paint them primer black (flat black). Anyone do this?

They are powdercoated so the best thing to do is have them re powdercoated black.

I found a local company (mostly local) in Issaquah that's going to powder coat them. I'm supposed to get them today, so they will get the rims tomorrow!

This is going to be great!

After reading the other powdercoat thread, I'm going to do the following:

Powerder coat the main part of the AEV Pintler beadlock rim with a flat black, and do the locking rings in a dark green like my jeep. Maybe one shade lighter. That should look trick.

I will... after the abuse my wife is going to put me through when she gets those boxes today I will have to show off. You should have seen her when the Shrockworks sliders showed up in their crate.
