Default Anyone regret Ripp?

I am seriously considering buying the Ripp supercharger with long tube headers and the MBRP exhaust. I have been speaking with a guy from Ripp for a little while now. I am not looking for a race car or for it to perform like a fast ride. I want a vehicle that I can easily pass cars with on the freeway and for daily driving. I also have a B6 A4 so the jeep won't be used for long distance trips.

I am making this thread to see if anyone has not been satisfied with this setup?

I will also re-gear my jeep. My new 37`s will be here this week. Going to go with 5.13. My JK is an auto.

Any info you have will be helpful. I have read multiple threads about Ripp and everything seems good.
Thanks in advance

Absolutely satisfied! I had about 37k miles when I put it on (SC, no headers) and have put about 5k miles since then. Best overall upgrade I've done to my baby.

Oh, and my MPG went from around 14 to 17 (mostly city driving)!

I Installed sc and headers about two months ago. I went on a trip about 700 miles right after with no problems. Passing cars are no problem now.

Default Love it

I don't have the headers, yet. But I have been very happy with the SC especially after this latest tune.

They make 5.38 gears for a D30 now. Just saying

i would be a bit leary of 5.38 on a D30 FWIW thats getting allot of torque on a D30. and i think the R&P get thin at that ratio.

I agree. Definitely do the re-gear 1st and see how you like that.

You will not be disappointed. Did mine with 42k on it an have put 7k on it without problems. My gas mileage I'd got down about 1 .5 mpg but a small price to pay for the performance.

Customer service is great.

Would do it again without hesitation.
