Yep, looks like your jam nut is loose. This may cause DW, as mentioned in this thread:

X2 jam nut should be all the way to the other side, right now it is loosened all the way.

yes!!! just seen it now! it is was loose! :( and i had DW today too! so first thing tomorrow morning i am gonna tighten it! it should be tightened to the other side right????

You may have a couple of problems. Jam nut should be up against the long side of the track bar to keep the joint from moving after it is set to the correct length. It also keeps the joint in position and reduces the vibration on the threads. If the jam nut has been loose for long you may have some serious wear with the threads both on the male and female side. This could prevent the jam nut from being able to support the threads and cause a catastrophic failure in the future.
