you might have to realign. My jam nut came loose once, had the DW, but tightening the nut did not stop death wobble. I had to have a complete realignment, which ended the DW. Now I check the jam nut once a week.

I would also lay under the jeep and have some one move the steering wheel with the engine turned off. If something is loose you will be able to tell. Most death wobble is caused by the track bar bolts not being torqued.
