Nope they are made in Australia. Not Xenons. The final product would be awesome. I tired to put a scratch with screw driver and nothing happens.

Yep David at Northridge4x4 would be the only exclusive dealer to sell them in states.

My 37s rub my ARB hard too. I think if I nudge the axle back(it's a little too far forward as the springs are bowed) I'll be ok, as you said you were fine with your D44s & 37s. Maybe the D60s moved your axle a little farthur forward.

I am guessing that the added weight of the D60 is causing more compression of teh bumpstop than the D44 was causing which is adding the to rubbing. Also you may want to see about shortening or adjusting the control arms.

thats good to know that i am not the only one...thinking of spacing out the arb bar a little bit or as far as i can with some spacers

Not a bad idea. You might end up using a little bit of every idea presented in this thread to get is right. 1/8" here, a 1/4" there and wala no more rubbing and you won't need to part with the ARB bumper after all.

I used the factory bumper square reinforcement washers as spacers. I'm going to adjust my axle back a bit and put wheel spacers on this weekend & I'll let you know if that does the trick.
