Default ARB diff cover issue

I just installed ARB diff covers front and back. I also have a Full Traction 3" Ultimate Lift.
My PROBLEM is: I have an issue with the front diff cover rubbing the Full Traction sway bar when I flex. The old stock covers didn't this problem.
Has anyone else had this issue?
And how did you correct it?
Thanks in advance for the help.

I'm gonna guess he means track bars.

Trail Bud, the diff covers are A LOT thicker than stock and you might want to try and move your axles back a bit (shorten up your control arms) as it will help them to clear your track bars.

I side with David....Sway Bar or Track bar? Did you adjust your track bars when you added the lift?

I have the ARB Diff Covers on my Sahara and there is no lift yet. Even in this configuration, there is not a ton of room left. Those ARB Covers are beefy!! I have seen reports (and pictures) in this forum where the rubbing issue occurred and it did not affect the diff cover at all....wore a nice little groove in the track bar though

Thanks for the advice. It',s just what I want to do, start tweaking the axle again. (just kidding)
I thought I might have to do that.
Do you think if I move it back 1/8 of a inch would that be enough clearence?

You'd think for the cost of the ARB covers that engineering would have installed them on stock and lifted vehicles and determined there was a problem. At the very least then they could include a card with instructions on resolving the issue.

It's hard to say. Can you tell by how much the diff cover is making contact with the cover? Have you tried disconnecting your sway bar links and then jack up your axle to see about how much room you've got?
