It would be really easy to fab your own,

Just take some 3/4" x 3/4" x 3" pieces of wood (Lowes) and attach them to the vertical mounting points (the part of the metal bumper on the top where the sheet metal is bent dowm for the opening for the winch. There are holes on the left and right side. this is where a close out pannel would mount )

Once that wood is in all you need is a piece of metal (I like diamond plate aluminum) cut to the right size (any local metal shop with a shear machine should be able to do it for you)

Drill 2 holes in the right and left side of your new piece of metal for screws (making sure the holes line up with the wood so the screws can thread into the wood)

Good to go. Should cost like 20-30 dollars.

Or you can just get a cheap winch to fill the hole. These bumpers look pretty bad with no winch.

I made my own out of diamond plate.

This pic was taken when I first installed the bumper. I have since painted the diamond plate with duplicolor bedliner spray to match the bumper, and I've installed a license plate to cover the fairlead opening.

Call Dave @ Northridge, he should be able to source it and have it drop shipped right away.

ARB makes a cover or you can make your own. I had one made and it looks great.
